Kaiser Copylizer illumination unit RB 525 AS
LED incident light illumination unit with thermal management, consisting of two surface lights for even and soft illumination. Suitable for Copylizer exe.cutive LED (5215) and illuminated base plate exe.cutive LED (5244). Also suitable as incident light illumination for TopTable PRO (5921).
The efficiency of LEDs is much higher than that of conventional light sources. However, because LEDs also convert energy into heat, thermal management is required for optimum reproducibility, as otherwise both brightness and colour temperature would change as the temperature rises. The integrated thermal management ensures that the set brightness as well as the colour temperature always remain constant regardless of the room and unit temperature, thus achieving reproducible results. In addition, the LEDs thus achieve a longer service life. This thermal management includes both sensor-controlled temperature monitoring with dynamic compensation control and sophisticated passive cooling via LED board and aluminium housing.
Each luminaire uses 192 specially selected white SMD LEDs, 5600 Kelvin, CRI = 95. The light emitted is completely free of infrared and UV components, flicker-free and without residual ripple. Luminaires can be dimmed individually or synchronously in 1 % steps from 10 % to 100 %. Illuminated information display. The light intensity of the two LED panels is matched to each other. This results in exactly homogeneous illumination when the surface luminaires are aligned symmetrically. Memory function: The rehearsal lighting starts with the brightness that was set before the last switch-off.
Luminaire housing made of sturdy, anodised aluminium profile, swivelling, sliding and height-adjustable. Removable soft panes. Vertical support rods with height markings, swivelling in snap-in joints. Fastening with stable joint bases. Including power supply unit.
