DIGITUS 2-Port MST Video Hub USB-C2xDP MST VideoHub DP 1.4, 4K

The DIGITUS MST Hub uses Multi Stream Transport (DisplayPort 1.2 function), which allows multiple AV signals to be transported via a single cable. This enables the use of multiple monitors connected via the MST Hub configuration. The MST Hub can distribute different video streams to the two connected monitors. Generally, three playback modes are supported: Mirror (1 signal mirrored to 2 displays), Extend (2 signals to 2 displays), Distribute (1 signal distributed across 2 displays).

To achieve the above resolutions, the host PC should support DP 1.4 (Alt Mode). If your PC only supports DP 1.2, the corresponding resolutions will be reduced due to bandwidth limitations. 
The above resolution combinations serve as theoretical reference, the actual resolutions depend on the connected host PC and the displays. 
To use the full range of functions, make sure that your device (graphics card) uses DP 1.4. 
If you are using a DisplayPort 1.1 graphics card, the MST hub will act as a splitter, mirroring your video source to all displays. 
Functionality may be limited depending on the specifications of your device and operating system 
MST hubs cannot increase the number of displays supported by a graphics card. Each graphics card has a limited number of screens it can support. Please check your specifications in advance.
