Buteo Photo Gear Aquila Mark III

The Photo Hide Aquila Mark III Brown is the perfect two-person photo hide for wildlife and bird photography.
This is the successor to the Aquila Mark II, which has several improvements.

Smarter applications make the tent much more resistant to moisture from precipitation:
There is an additional “canopy” on three sides, which prevents raindrops from penetrating through the insect net and also better protects your lens from precipitation.
In addition to protecting against raindrops, this cover also acts as a sunshade, the photo window with your lens is shaded more and is therefore less noticeable. 
All these covers can be folded up when they are not in use or not needed. If you are pitching the tent for a longer period of time, this is also useful as your tent will be less noticeable and also less susceptible to wind.
The improved construction with longer poles that reach down to the ground ensures that the tent keeps its shape better.

The use of (thicker) cords on all runners of the zippers and the absence of Velcro prevents annoying noises.

All photo windows are much wider than before at 40x36 cm. (bxh) The photo windows are also viewing windows (upper partial window), and therefore also much wider than on the Buteo Mark II. So there are no longer separate, small viewing windows as in the previous version.
The viewing window can be made larger or smaller as required using a zipper that can be operated from two sides.
There is also a wider window on the left-hand side, ideal for filmmakers or if you need more space.
In this wider window there is another photo window (same size as all other photo windows).
All windows are fully closable with high quality zippers so that they can be sealed watertight. (can be operated both from the inside and the outside).
No Velcro fasteners were used, so no more annoying noises.
The insect nets in the windows consist of 2 parts that overlap in the middle and are fitted with an elastic band so that they securely enclose your lens.
These insect nets are attached to the tent fabric with a zipper so that you can open the tent completely if you wish, or if you want to use a snoot as an alternative photo window.
The insect nets are alternately attached vertically or horizontally.

The advantage of the vertical netting is that there is greater leeway in height, allowing you to vary the height of your lens. This leeway is also useful for taller or shorter people.
The insect screens in the photo windows on the front and right-hand side are fitted vertically.
The advantage of the horizontal arrangement is that it is slightly easier to swivel to the right/left, especially for filmmakers.

In rainy weather, it is even possible to close the outer fabric of the photo windows and close them with a zipper in the middle around the lens, so that the tent is tight, but you can still take pictures
